   Research, not search

   We do not look for property, supply listings, or accept a search brief. We explain how to look, and how to judge what you find.

   No contact with the other side

   We do not approach sellers, agencies or intermediaries on your behalf, and we do not negotiate.

3. 03

   No funds

   We never hold client money, in any form, at any stage. Our fee is the only sum we receive.

4. 04

   No verification

   We do not verify or certify documents. We set out what a notary will require, and who prepares it.

5. 05

   No single referral

   We give criteria and several names. You choose and contract directly, and we receive nothing from anyone you engage.

6. 06

   No verdict

   We do not tell you to buy or not to buy. We set out what is known, what is not, and who can settle the rest.

These boundaries are what allow the work to be paid for by you and by nobody else.
